Greyskull guides you through finding the correct weights for each exercise you choose to incorporate into your Greyskull LP exercise program, and then creates an 8 week program for you.
Whenever you reach more than 5 reps of your 5RM of any given exercise, your 5RM (5 rep maximum) will be recalculated on your next exercise.
